If needed, we will reach out to set up an initial phone consultation so we can learn more about you and what you are seeking. And when you don’t know what you want, we have the expertise to help guide you. Let us take the stress out of the planning process, so you can focus on the fun part, getting excited!
Followed by signing our client agreement and paying the initial planning fee, we will deliver a custom designed itinerary based on our conversation and the information you’ve provided. You can expect your proposed itinerary developed to include ideas, inspiration and insider tips. If you also love the process of planning then we can collaborate together - you can be as involved or uninvolved in the process as you wish.
After reviewing your itinerary and making any final adjustments, we’ll confirm and book your full itinerary and orchestrate everything — from the big things like hotels, guides, and transfers — to the fine details like dining reservations, spa bookings, and concierge arrangements. We will go over cancellation policies, travel insurance, when deposits are due, how to obtain any required visas, any vaccination requirements along with any COVID19 travel precautions.
Before you depart, you will receive your trip documents including a complete digital itinerary with all pertinent details regarding your trip and your emergency ground contacts while you are traveling. After take off, we’ll be there to support you throughout your trip.
